I've been trying to do some IF (my style) Monday through Thursday. I started this week on Sunday due to the holiday on Thursday. Sometimes on those days, I will go a little higher in carbs and lower in calories. This is something new for me. I've only been doing it now a couple of weeks. Blood sugar (yes, I'm diabetic) readings are more stable on the IF days.

Mashed Cauliflower 1/4 of a small fresh head
LC gravy
Meatloaf

1 cup buttermilk
SN-(8pm)2 oz. peanuts
WT= 251

Congrats on taking Jimmy's Menu Challenge, NewVision!
I'll be checking in to see how things are going along the way.
Hopefully I can offer some more worthwhile comments at some point.
