1 cucumber in vinegar (15 cals /4 carbs / 2 fiber)
1 tub of Light and FIt yogurt (80 cals / 15 (*2 net carbs )
20 oz water
10oz green tea w/2 AS
Total for lunch cals =305 / carbs =33/ fiber= 9 (11 net carbs)


SN- 1 cup buttermilk (110 cals/ carbs 14 (*4 net carbs))

D- 4 1/2 oz baked pork steak (194.5 cals / 0 carbs)

Not my best carb/calorie day. :(
Still REALLY, really, really hungry today. I ate quit a bit. Wonder how many days it takes for the steroids I was taking for poison ivy to get out of my system. I'm thinking that is the cause for the hunger.
