I knew I was going to be in a busy clinic this morning. So I added a lil to my breakfast. I'm not sure when I will get to go to lunch so I hope this holds me over. ---Update, it did hold me over. I actually got out a lil early for lunch. O'well at least I was prepared.
Didn't feel as hungry today. I got a lil snacky toward the evening. But I only got 3 hrs sleep last night so I'm sure it was due to that.
