Got on scale today at work...249.12....down 10 and 1/2 pounds in 4 weeks. I'll take that. Friday is my 'official' weigh in day. So we will see....Just wish it wasn't the same pounds I've lost over and over and over again :( ....onward and downward
10am I'm starving today..might be the steroid. I just took the last one so hopefully it will get better
