WT=237 *I had a touch of the stomach flu yesterday, so I'm not believing this number just yet.
Walked 40 minutes at work (around the pond and back)I went over to our friends house and played their Wii. Boxing was a work out. Got my butt kicked. LOL Lots of fun.
