B-1 coffee HC CO AS
8 ritz, 1 oz cheese, butter, 1/2 sausage patty
1 c milk

L-1 c buttermilk
2 hotdogs, 2 LC healthy life bread w/1 carb catchup,mustard,pickles
2 ritz w/butter

D-Local Restaurant
8 oz steak w/catchup
teriyaki chicken w/cabbage
salad,lettuce,cukes,cheese, bacon, egg, ranch
2 crab Rangoon
SF Tang/2 T flax seed


Very colds and snowy here today. Now Hubby has came down with the cold I had last week. =-( Poor thing. So I spent the day babying him. Everyone needs that once in awhile.

Anyone know how to make a wonton? I want to make my own rangoon using a lower carb version. Each original Rangoon is 4.2 carbs. I think I can do this, if I could figure out how to make a lower carb wonton, since the inside of the rangoon is already low carb. I thought about the tortilla wraps, but I don't know. What do you think?
