Do Something for yourself each day. It doesn't have to be a lot or even a big deal. Take a walk around the block, take a bubble bath, get a massage, paint your fingernails or toenails, meditate, read a good book, what ever it is that makes YOU feel special. Because YOU are special.
I think most people who have weight issues also have issues with loving their self. We spend so much time worrying about our family, friends, jobs etc that we neglect ourselves.
When is the last time you took the time out of your busy schedule to do just one thing to love yourself?
Tonight I'm going to take a hot shower, I put my 800 count sheets on the bed and I'm going to climb in and read a good book. :)
