Tip of the day:
Learn to Love yourself!

Do Something for yourself each day. It doesn't have to be a lot or even a big deal. Take a walk around the block, take a bubble bath, get a massage, paint your fingernails or toenails, meditate, read a good book, what ever it is that makes YOU feel special. Because YOU are special.

I think most people who have weight issues also have issues with loving their self. We spend so much time worrying about our family, friends, jobs etc that we neglect ourselves.
When is the last time you took the time out of your busy schedule to do just one thing to love yourself?

Tonight I'm going to take a hot shower, I put my 800 count sheets on the bed and I'm going to climb in and read a good book. :)

oh, there are very few things better than good quality linens...800 count sheets.....heavenly! I'd trade chocolate for those sheets in a heartbeat.

Thanks Sybil,
That was a treat Hubby and I got each other. We have a water-bed too, so not only is the bed soft from the sheets it's also warm and inviting.

I treat myself good once a week now, but that was AFTER having one child at home for the first 18 years of my marriage. (My kids are 22, 16 and 9)...

So, this gal is just BEGINNING to treat herself right :)

Take care :)

Keep warm and find a snuggle-buddy.
