onion, lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream, tomato
6 ritz w/ butter, 1 c milk

SN- 1 hot dog 2 saltines
1 oz peanuts

D-4 egg yolks only
4 slices healthy life toast w/butter
4 slices bacon

SN-SF jello/ heavy whipping cream

Sleep= 2 (range 0-10)
Went to bed a little after 5 a.m. up before 8:30 a.m.

Mood= 7 (range 0-10)

We had such a good time last night with friends, I'm still feeling the high energy from it this morning. I'm gonna try to catch a nap later on.

Well, its later on and I did manage an hour and a half nap. I'm still going to turn in early tonight.

It sure looks like you are losing right on schedule lady! How great that you can moderate your servings of crackers. I am a cracker hog like you would not believe!! :-/
