It's late, I haven't been sleeping very well. Sorry about the short note. I'm not sure if I noticed anything different when I took the CO last night. I know it was only one night. I forgot to add it in tonight and I'm on my way for some ZZZzzz's.

EDIT TO ADD:
The soy flour was an experiment for me. I browned a sausage patty in the skillet. Cut up the sausage and used the grease from the sausage added in the soy flour, let it brown a lil. Then added in the heavy cream and some water for some sausage gravy. Added a lil salt and pepper. Had it over a slice of the LC bread. It wasn't Momma's gravy, but it wasn't too bad either. :)
I also updated the carb/calorie count on the gravy because I split it with my hubby. So I only ate 1/2 the mixture. Total Calorie and carb counts are now correct.

I hope you slept better last night, NewVision. :)

I'm curious, what did you do with the soy flour (at dinner) last night?

Take care!

Hey have you ever tried almond flour? it is a bit more expensive, but you can grind your own. Plus its so goooooood! I use it to brown salmon cakes or pattie in it, pretty good! And coconut oil is gooood! It is grown on my favorite tree a palm tree! did you know that palm tree is the strongest tree out there, it can sustain a winds up to 130 miles an hour. Not because it is so strong physically, but it is because it is very smart, yes smart. it doesnt fight the storm, it simply bows down and waits it out. Then it springs back up without no harm done,. palm trees are awesome and so is coconuut oil! Get some good sleep!
