Awww, I envy you! I remember those foods! :)

How'd it feel taking a break for LCing?

I hope it was a good/fun day. :)

Jo, do you exercise at all? At times changing your routine helps dramatically with weght starting to move. If you dont exercise, you may consider a dancing type of DVD out there that combine dancing with aerobicas, its pretty cool.

Hey Harry,
Don't envy me. Really, I learned something yesterday. It wasn't as much fun as I thought it would be. Even Hubby (Who was REALLY looking forward to that breakfast -I posted a picture of it by the way) said it didn't taste as good as he thought it would. He likes my flaxseed pancakes. :) I felt a lil guilty and the food didn't taste as good as I remember either. Now, will that stop me from doing it again. Probably not, but I will remember this feeling...... :)

Vadim,
No, I don't exercise as much as I should. I HATE it. REALLY! People are surprised when I say that, but I do. So me and Hubby do things we like to do, such as, we are geocachers (it's like a hide and go seek club) we can spend all day walking in the woods looking for a cache, we try to do several walks throughout the season, diabetes walks, cancer walks, etc. So we 'train' for those in advance. We love to hike, so we do a lot of that. We are members of a local conservation club and have joined their monthly hikes. Really just anything to get us moving.
Since the season has warmed up we will be walking a lot more. :)

Which reminds me, it's time for our walk...bye for now. :)
