L-4 ritz / 1 oz cheese
3/4 c milk
1 hot dog w/ no bean chili, onion, mustard

D-Local Restaurant
10 oz steak w/ catchup
sm salad -lettuce, cukes, cheese, bacon, onion, ranch
sm amount chicken teriyaki
2 crab Rangoon, 4 shrimp
tomato juice/2 T flax seed

SN- 1 c milk, 4 ritz w/butter

WT= 241

Sleep= 4(range 0-10)
Took 1/4 of a melatonin last night. Up at 3 a.m. to stay. That's ok, I'm off work today and have lots of house work to catch up on. I'll just get to have an early start at it.

Mood= 8 (range 0-10)

Note: I took the snow affects off the blog today. Turned it a light shade of green so it would look a lil more like spring. I'm ready, how about you?

I'm not sure what made me think of that song today, but its been in my head all day long.

Well tomorrow is THE day. We are going to go off plan. I'm not losing any weight so I don't really know why it matters. Maybe this carb up will shake things up a little. I've been bouncing these same few pounds around since 1-27th (I think that is correct date) Wish me luck.

Walked for 55 minutes today (to grocery store and back).
