I have been LCing on and off for about 10 years. Lost 80 pounds to begin with and have kept off 60. I'm a diabetic, so I use LCing to control my blood sugar readings. I was really trying to lose weight in the beginning, then it just became a way to control the BS readings. When I lost my Mom in 2007, I lost it for a lil while. Gained back about 20 pounds. But I'm back now.
I'm determined to lose the rest. My heighest weight that I know of (was scared to weigh) was 311
