2 sausage patties w/peanut butter and SF syrup

L- 2 slices ham
1 LC Bun w/mustard
Medley Vegetables, bean sprouts, chicken stock and 1/4 c chow mein noodles

D- 1 LC bun
1 hamburger w/mustard, catchup, pickles and cheese
Spinach salad (spinach, strawberries, walnuts, sunflower seeds, oil, honey, vinegar)

SN- 1 c buttermilk

Wt=256

Walked 1 and 1/2 miles at lunch today.
