Worked 10 hours. Worked through lunch today. Came home pushed mowed grass for 3 hours. I finally came in from mowing at 9pm. It's still not done but it was too dark to see where I was mowing. I'm pooped. I woke and said I was going to get back on track. As you can see I didn't. It's ok, I'm doing the best I can do right now. I'm trying to stay moving and active, maybe that will help hold down the weight while I'm in my funk. I can't help but worry I'm undoing every good thing I've done.

3 hours of mowing has got to be one heck of a work out!

Don't give up on yourself, Jo! You can turn this around! You've done it before and you can do it again. Do it differently, if need be, but do it. Remember how strong you've been and use that to forge forward!

I'm not sure if this is working but this is intended as a pep talk. It may suck as that, but that's what I was going for. :-)
